Honky Tonk Laboratory announces a cutting edge solo release by Grammy nominated
Giovanni Carnuccio III, the Producer / drummer known from anchoring beloved Americana and
Outlaw bands and artists like Turnpike Troubadours, John Fullbright, Parker Millsap, Jamie Lin
Wilson, Jason Eady, Cody Jinks, Courtney Patton, Whitey Morgan & The 78’s, Zach Aaron, and
Mama Sweet.
A Matter Of Time is a psychedelic international trip through styles not normally
associated with the musical journeyman, containing elements of Dance, Hip Hop, and Funk.
Giovanni expertly fuses these modern textures with the Acoustic sounds he’s been known for,
creating what Vents Magazine calls, “an acid-drenched dreamscape”, and KUTX says has
“modern flourishes that’ll make a gunslinger gawk, and bizarrely beautiful instrumentals”.
Inspired during the pandemic to start releasing his own works, “Nooch” comes to The
Corner Pub in Conroe on July 9th with a band of super-sidemen and serious openers like Zach
Aaron (whose 2020 release Fill Dirt Wanted topped international charts and was Produced by
Carnuccio), and Lilly Milford, whose own release Lilly & The Implements also comes out on July
