Hard Luck Revival

Hard Luck Revival is a Houston-based band with a sound that creates a musical melting pot of Gulf Coast Blues, outlaw country, bluegrass, and garage country, with a dash of punk rock.

Members include Mike Porterfield-lead vocals and guitar, Johnson Sutherland -lead guitar and vocals, Steve Scholtes- bass, Charlie San Miguel- drums, Marty Starns- fiddle and harmonica, and Dave DaVegas rounding out the band’s unique sound with banjo, mandolin, and acoustic guitar.

The band has opened for a number of well-known musicians including Joe King Carrasco, The Derailers, Shinyribs, and Jesse Dayton. In addition, they have shared bills with Mike Stinson, Jason James, The Beaumonts, and Dale Watson.http://www.hardluckrevival.com/
